Edwin advises on Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Intellectual Property, Privacy & Personal Data Protection and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Edwin has managed portfolios in respect of registration, prosecution, renewal, transfer and licensing of trade marks, patents, industrial designs, copyrights as well as general corporate and commercial transactions. He also has experience in handling litigation matters pertaining to Intellectual Property laws.
Education & Bar Admission
Edwin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons)) from the University of London with Second Class Upper Honours, a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Malaya under the Tun Hussein Onn Memorial Law Scholarship awarded by Kuok Foundation Berhad. He is admitted to practice in the High Court of Malaya and is a registered Trade Marks Agent in Malaysia.
