Practice Description
Jeremy advises on a broad range of matters involving Projects on Infrastructure Development, Power & Energy and Project Finance.
He has advised on infrastructure development projects including the My Rapid Transit (MRT) projects in Kuala Lumpur as well as various projects on energy and power supply. He has also been involved in project financing, corporate takeovers, joint ventures, as well as other general corporate and commercial transactions.
Education & Bar Admission
Jeremy attained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of London with Second Class Upper Honours in 2007. The following year, he obtained his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) graduating amongst the top in the country and was subsequently admitted to practice in the High Court of Malaya.
