Practice Description
Christopher Mar has a diverse dispute resolution practice in general civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on banking Litigation and corporate insolvency. He advises and acts for financial institutions, trustees and corporate entities in contentious debt recovery cases.
He also advises and acts for clients in contractual disputes and real property disputes.
Education & Bar Admission
Christopher Mar read law at Northumbria University, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England and graduated in 2003 with LLB (Hons). After obtaining his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) the following year, Christopher Mar was admitted to practice in the High Court of Malaya in 2005.
