Cheryl has worked on various project financing transactions, debt restructuring and corporate restructuring exercises including corporate takeovers involving public listed companies. She is also involved in general corporate and commercial transactions.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B (Hons)) degree from the University of London. She then obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2009 and was subsequently admitted to practice in the High Court of Malaya.
